The procedure of Example 2 was followed to react 0.30 g of 6-(2,3,6-trichloro-phenyl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,7-diamine from Example 85 with tert-butyl isocyanate (0.108 mL). The product is purified by medium pressure chromatography (MPLC) using silica gel and eluting with 1:1 CHCl3 :EtOAc to afford the title compound; mp 329°-330° C., CIMS (1% ammonia in methane): m/z (relative intensity) 439 (MH+ -1, 3), 441 (MH+ +1, 3), 84 (100).
