The title compound was prepared from 2,7-dichlorobenzooxazole, L-cyclohexylalanine and N1-(4-Fluoro-phenyl)-ethane-1,2-diamine-2HCl using the procedure analogous to that described in example 2. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 8.45 (d, 1H, J=8.0 Hz), 8.17 (t, 1H, J=5.6 Hz), 7.13 (dd, 1H, J=1.2 Hz, J=7.6 Hz), 7.06 (dd, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 7.00 (dd, 1H, J=7.6 Hz, J=1.2 Hz), 6.84(m, 2H), 6.51(m, 2H), 4.19(m, 1H), 3.15(m, 2H), 2.98(m, 2H), 1.55(m, 7H), 1.30(m, 1H), 1.05(m, 3H), 0.83(m, 2H). HPLC-MS calcd. for C24H28ClFN4O2(M+H+) 459.19. found 459.5.
