Reaction Steps
By a procedure analogous to Example 96, 4-(2-fluoro-5-methylanilino)-2-chloropyrimidine (Reference Example A-10) and 4-[3-(N,N-dimethyl)amino-2-hydroxypropyl(N-methyl)amino]aniline (Reference Example D-2) were reacted to give the title product as a brown oil (60 mg, 17%). M/z: (ES+) 425.3 (MH+). HPLC (Hypersil 10 cm base deactivated) 60% MeCN/H2O/0.2% TFA. Retention time: 2.66 min.
