1.70 g of Candida antarctica B lipase (CAL-B) were added to a solution of 5.90 g of the product from stage 1 in a mixture of 190 ml of anhydrous acetonitrile and 10.3 ml of n-butanol and stirred for 65 hours at 20° C. The mixture was then filtered and washed with acetonitrile. After concentrating the filtrate by evaporation in vacuo, 5.00 g (98% of theory) of the title compound remained.
