Utilizing the material from Example 255 Step A, the title compound was prepared in analogous fashion using isopropyl iodide as the alkyl halide and following the procedure of Step B-D of Example 255, as a viscous brown liquid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) δ 1.18 (d, 6H), 1.60–1.67 (m, 1H), 1.71–1.94 (m, 2H), 2.63–2.75 (m, 2H), 2.81–2.95 (m, 2H), 2.99–3.20 (m, 2H), 3.30–3.55 (m, 3H), 3.99–4.12 (m, 1H), 6.45 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 2H), 6.65 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 1H) ppm. MS (CI): 258 (M+H+).
