{(3S)-1-[(1S,2R,4R)-2-benzenesulfonylmethyl-4-(isopropyl-methyl-amino)-cyclohexyl]-2,5-dioxo-pyrrolidin-3-yl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (60 mg), TFA (1 mL), and methylene chloride (3 mL) were mixed and stirred overnight at rt. The mixture was stripped and restripped from methylene chloride (3×) to yield 60 mg of an oil. LCMS detects (M+H)+=374.
