To a solution of a compound from Example 667 (0.025 g, 0.06 mmol) and AcOH (0.02 mL, 0.36 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) under N2 was added EDCI (0.023 g, 0.12 mmol) and DMAP (0.002 g, 0.01 mmol). The solution was stirred overnight, diluted with EtOAc, washed (H2O then brine), dried (MgSO4), filtered, and concentrated. Flash chromatography (silica gel, acetone/CH2Cl2 gradient) gave the title compound (0.023 g, 82%). Mass Spectrum (ES+) (m/z) 473.3 [M+1]
