Reaction Steps

To a solution of the title compound of example 53 (90 mg, 0.20 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was added 1N LiOH aqueous solution (0.6 mL). After an hour, the mixture was acidified with 1N HCl and the product was extracted with EtOAc (50 mL). The organic extract was washed with brine (20 mL), dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated and dried in vacuo to afford 77.4 mg (89%) of the title compound as a white solid.
