Procedure

Substantially the same hydrogenation reaction as conducted in Reference Example 7 is repeated, except that a hydrogenation catalyst comprised of titanocene ditolyl and n-BuLi (titanocene ditolyl/n-BuLi molar ratio: 1/1) is used instead of the catalyst comprised of CP2TiCl2 and TIBAL. As a result, a hydrogenation cyclohexadiene-butadiene triblock copolymer is obtained.
