Starting with 4(S)-EthynyI-2,2-dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolane and 2-Bromo-3-methyl-thiophene-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester, prepared according to M. Nemec, Collection Czechoslov. Chem. Commun., compound (31) was prepared in 67% yield according to the general procedure described for compound (1).
