1-Benzyl-4-methylaminopiperazine (EXAMPLE 9, 2.30 g, 11.4 mmol) and 4-isopropylamino-3,5-dichloropyridazine (EXAMPLE 157, 1.0 g, 4.8 mmol) are heated in a sealed tube under a nitrogen atmosphere to 155° for 3 hr. The mixture is then chromatographed (silica gel, 150 g; 50-100% ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound, NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) 8.43, 7.30, 4.5, 3.51, 2.90, 2.72, 2.05, 1.75 and 1.21δ.
