Reaction Steps
A mixture of 11-(piperidin-4-yl)-5H,11H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazepine (5.8 g, 0.022 mole), K2CO3 (11.0 g) and 2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)ethyl methanesulfonate (7.53 g, 0.026 mole) in 120 ml dimethylformamide was heated at 70° C. for 4.5 hours.
