Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method described in Example 1(f) above from (R)-N2 -(diphenylacetyl)-(R)-N-(2-hydroxy-1-phenylethyl)ornithine amide hydrochloride (0.5 g; 1.12 mmol), N,N'-bis(Cbz)-S-methylisothiourea (0.603 g; 1.68 mmol), DiPEA (0.2 mL) and DMF (15 mL) yielding 0.351 g of sub-title compound.
