Reaction Steps
Ethyl 5-amino-1-cyclopropyl-6,7-difluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylate and cis-3,5-dimethylpiperazine were reacted in the same way as in Example 4 to give ethyl 5-amino-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-(cis-3,5-dimethyl-1-piperazinyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylate. It was recrystallized from ethyl acetate. m.p. 194°-196° C.
