A solution of 0.5 g of 2,4-bis(5-tetrazolyl)pyridine, 1.2 ml of triethylamine and 0.8 g of N-(2-chloroacetyl)-morpholine hydrochloride in 5 ml of abs. DMF was stirred at room temperature for 5 days, then diluted with ether and filtered, and the filtrate was evaporated in vacuo. The residue was purified by chromatography on a silica gel column (100 g) with CH2Cl2 /methanol 40:1 as eluent. 214 g of 13 were obtained as a colorless viscous oil.
