Procedure
To toluene solution of tolylene diisocyanate was dropwise added 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate so as to have a ratio of the number of moles of NCO groups to the number of moles of OA group of 1:0.5 to advance a reaction. Thus, a compound having isocyanate groups and acryloyl groups was obtained. Then, to the solution was added toluene solution of hydrogenated bisphenol A (manufactured and sold by Kyoeisha Chemical Co., Ltd., Japan) and the reaction was conducted at 70° C. for 4 hours. Then, to the resultant solution was added dibutyltindilaurate and the reaction was conducted for 3 hours, to thereby obtain an urethane acrylate (hereinafter, referred to as UA-1) of hydrogenated bisphenol A.
