1-{([5-(1-Hydroxyethyl)-2-methoxy-6-methylpyridin-3-yl]aminocarbonyl}-4-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)piperazine(213 mg, 0.5 mmol) and thioacetic acid(72 μl, 1.0 mmol) were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and was added into the above solution. The mixture solution was stirred at 0° C. for 1 hour and at room temperature for 1 hour and then was concentrated under the reduced pressure to remove the solvent. The concentrate was purified by column chromatography(ethylacetate:hexane=1:2) to obtain the titled compound.
