By using the method of Example 89, 1.05 g (3.06 mmol) of 6-amino-4-(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phenylamino)-7-methoxy-quinoline-3-carbonitrile and 2.6 g (18.4 mmol) of 1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]decane were converted to 0.62 g the title compound. The free base obtained as a yellow foam: mass spectrum (electrospray, m/e): M+H 552.0, (M+2H)+2270.5.
