A solution of 14-5 (0.050 g, 0.105 mmol) and aqueous 1N NaOH (0.210 mL, 0.210 mmol) was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The solution was concentrated. The residue was triturated with Et2O and the white solid collected by to give 14-6.
