1.0 g 6-amino-1-[3-(4-cyano-phenyl)propionyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-quinoline (see Example, 5) are dissolved in 8 ml of pyridine, combined with 1 g of 4-amino-3,5-dichloro-phenylsulphonic acid chloride in batches and then heated for 40 minutes to 100° C. Then the solvent is eliminated, the residue is triturated with 1N hydrochloric acid and extracted with methylene chloride. The organic phase is dried over sodium sulphate and concentrated by evaporation.
