Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 19 employing 3-amino-6-chloro-2-(3-methylbenzoyl)indole (Example 21) and isovaleryl chloride. m.p.: 182-185° C. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ: 10.05 (1H, br s), 8.42-8.17 (2H, m), 7.62-7.53 (2H, m), 7.48-7.40 (2H, m), 7.30-7.25 (1H, m), 7.12-7.03 (1H, m), 2.45 (3H, s), 2.39-2.17 (3H, m), 1.04 (6H, dd, J=6.6 Hz)
