The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 19 employing 3-amino-6-chloro-2-(3-chlorobenzoyl)indole (Example 30) and valeryl chloride. m.p.: 159-160° C. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ: 9.94 (1H, br s), 8.28 (1H, d, J=9.2 Hz), 8.19 (1H, br s), 7.77 (1H, t, J=1.8 Hz), 7.70-7.58 (2H, m), 7.51 (1H, t, J=7.7 Hz), 7.31 (1H, d, J=1.8 Hz), 7.11 (1H, dd, J=1.8, 8.8 Hz), 2.49 (2H, t, J=7.3 Hz), 1.81-1.70 (2H, m), 1.51-1.37 (2H, m), 0.97 (3H, t, J=7.3 Hz)
