The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 114 employing 3-amino-2-benzoyl-6-chloroindole (Example 1) and methylthioacetic acid. m.p.: 63-70° C. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ: 10.78 (1H, br s), 8.42 (1H, br s), 8.16 (1H, d, J=9.2 Hz), 7.86-7.79 (2H, m), 7.68-7.53 (3H, m), 7.31 (1H, d, J=1.8 Hz), 7.12 (1H, dd, J=9.2, 1.8 Hz), 3.39 (2H, s), 2.23 (3H, s)
