The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 19 employing 3-acetylamino-2-(3-aminobenzoyl)-6-chloroindole (Example 135) and acetyl chloride. m.p.: 225-228° C. (ethyl acetate/hexane) 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 10.59 (1H, br s), 9.75 (1H, br s), 9.45 (1H, br s), 7.96 (1H, d, J=8.8 Hz), 7.93-7.82 (2H, m), 7.58-7.40 (3H, m), 7.04 (1H, d, J=8.8 Hz), 2.17 (3H, s), 2.10 (3H, s)
