This was synthesized from 2-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-isopropyloxyphenyl)-6,7-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,3(2H,5H)-dione in 86% yield under similar conditions as described below for the preparation of 2-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-hydroxyphenyl)hexahydro-3-thioxo-1H-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,2-a]pyridazin-1-one (Example 10.2). 1H NMR (CDCl3, TMS): 2.22(2H, m), 3.06(2H, t, J=7.5 Hz), 3.13(1H, br), 4.01(2H, t, J=6.5 Hz), 5.71(1H, s), 6.87(1H, d, J=6.9 Hz), 7.18(1 H, d, J=9.3 Hz).
