104 mg (0.31 mmol) of ethyl[3-(6-oxo-3-thiocarbamoyl-6H-pyridazin-1-yl-methyl)phenyl]carbamate are suspended in 2 ml of EtOH, and 100 mg (0.37 mmol) of α-bromo-4-(1-pyrrolidino)acetophenone are added. The reaction mixture is stirred at 80° C. for 15 h. The precipitate formed is filtered off with suction and washed with ethanol and dried in vacuo.
