Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from rac-[(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-(methoxy-methyl-carbamoyl)-methyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Intermediate 9) and 3-(4-bromo-2-methyl-phenyl)-5-fluoro-pyridine (Intermediate 12) in analogy to Example 1a): MS (ISP): 489.2 and 491.1 (M+H)+.
