Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from rac-[1-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and rac-3-hydroxy-tetrahydrofuran in analogy to Example 9c): MS (ISP): 466.1 and 468.3 (M+H)+, 366.0 and 368.0 ((M-Boc)+H)+ (100%).
