Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from rac-[1-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and cyclopropyl-methanol in analogy to Example 9c): MS (ISP): 450.2 and 452.0 (M+H)+, 350.2 and 352.2 ((M-Boc)+H)+ (100%).
