Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from rac-[1-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and 2-butanol in analogy to Example 9c): MS (ISP): 452.1 and 454.0 (M+H)+, 352.1 and 354.1 ((M-Boc)+H)+ (100%).
