Reaction Steps
143 mg (99%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-phenyl-3-isopropyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (86 mg, 0.357 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (65 mg, 0.362 mmol), DIPEA (0.094 mL, 0.540 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (237 mg, 1.118 mmol).
