Reaction Steps
297 mg (70.6%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-(4-methylphenyl)-3-butyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (248 mg, 0.968 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (229 mL, 1.451 mmol), and NaBH(OAc)3 (198 mg, 0.936 mmol).
