Reaction Steps
218 mg (87.5%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-butyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (155.9 mg, 0.568 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (106 mL, 0.852 mmol), and NaBH(OAc)3 (198 mg, 0.936 mmol).
