Reaction Steps
260 mg (90.0%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-butyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (187 mg, 0.625 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (148 mL, 0.937 mmol), and NaBH(OAc)3 (198 mg, 0.936 mmol).
