Reaction Steps
218 mg (66.2%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-(3-nitrophenyl)-3-butyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (213 mg, 0.707 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (167 mL, 1.060 mmol), and NaBH(OAc)3 (198 mg, 0.936 mmol).
