Reaction Steps
Intermediate 23 (225 mg, 0.42 mmol) and azepane (57 μl, 0.462 mmol) were coupled in close analogy to the procedure described in 3.5) using DMF as solvent. The mixture was purified by prep. HPLC. Yield after lyophilization: 199 mg, 77%, colorless, amorphous solid. MS (ES+): m/e=617.1/619.1, chloro pattern.
