Reaction Steps
The titled compound was prepared as the hydrochloride salt according to Method CB using the product of Example 44B (79 mg, 0.5 mmol) and the product of Example 19A (64 mg, 0.5 mmol). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.83 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.94 (s, 1H), 8.04 (dt, J=7.8, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (dt, J=8.1, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.42 (t, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 9.32 (s, 2H), 9.36 (s, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 249 (M+H)+.
