Reaction Steps
The titled compound was prepared as the hydrochloride salt according to Method CB using the product of Example 44B (79 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-ethynyl-1,2,3-trifluorobenzene (Apollo, 78 mg, 0.5 mmol). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.88 (s, 1H), 7.95 (dd, J=8.6, 6.6 Hz, 2H), 9.29 (s, 2H), 9.36 (s, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 278 (M+H)+.
