N-(2-Acetylamino-ethyl)-3-(2-chloro-4-iodo-phenylamino)-isonicotinamide was synthesized according to the procedure for General Method 1, outlined above, starting with 0.32 mmol of 3-[(2-chloro-4-iodophenyl)amino]isonicotinic acid (intermediate 2) and 0.44 mmol N-(2-amino-ethyl)-acetamide LC/MS [8.38 min; 4.59 (M+1)]
