2-Oxo-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carboxylic acid (308 mg) was couple to 1,3-Dipropyl-5,6-diaminouracil.HCl (576 mg) and cyclized using the procedures from Example 1. Yield: 320 mg. Mass (ES+ 345).
