Reaction Steps
To a solution of [5-amino-6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)pyrazin-2-yl]{2-[(6-amino-5-nitro(2-pyridyl))amino]ethyl}amine (30 mg, 0.068 mmol) in THF (2 ml) were added sarcosine (26 mg, 0.138 mmol), HBTU (104.5 mg, 0.2756 mmol) and DIPEA (60 μl) and stirred overnight at 80° C. The mixture was cooled down to room temperature, concentrated and taken in ethyl acetate and water. The layers were separated and the organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried, concentrated and purified to afford the title product.
