Reaction Steps
Beginning with 0.065 gm (0.282 mMol) 5-amino-3-(1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine and 0.106 gm (0.593 mMol) 4-pyridinecarbonyl chloride hydrochloride, 0.053 gm (56%) of the title compound was recovered as an amorphous solid by the procedure described in Example 16.
