Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared from 4'-acetyl-3'-methylbiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (D21) and 6-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)-5-methoxy-1H-indole (D13) using a similar procedure to Example 4 as an off-white solid mp 125°-127° C. (36%).
