Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared from 4'-cyano-2'-methylbiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (D15) and 6-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)-5-methoxy-1H-indole (D13) using a similar procedure to Example 4 as a white solid mp 140°-142° C. (42%).
