Title compound was prepared following general procedure 3 starting from Intermediate 26 (300 mg; 1.04 mmol; 1 eq.), and Intermediate 1 (183.98 mg; 1.04 mmol; 1 eq.). After evaporation of the solvents, the solid residue was triturated with ACN, filtered and dried under vacuum to give the title compound as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d5) δ 12.78 (br m, 1H), 8.50-8.26 (m, 2H), 8.04-7.68 (m, 3H), 3.16 (m, 1H), 3.02-2.90 (m, 1H), 2.69-2.55 (m, 1H), 1.87-1.20 (m, 6H), 0.78 (d, J=6.1 Hz, 3H). HPLC (Method A), Rt 5.03 min (Purity: 98.4%). LC/MS (Method B): 426.3 (M+H)−; 428.1 (M+H)+.
