As described for example 48a, 6-[5-(5-fluoro-pyridin-2-yl)-3-methyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethoxy]-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (500 mg, 1.40 mmol), instead of 6-(3-methyl-5-pyridin-2-yl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethoxy)-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester, was converted to the title compound (424 mg, 92%) which was obtained as an off white solid. MS: m/e=329.1 [M−H]−.
