The title compound was prepared from 4-(2-oxo-1-oxa-3,8-diazaspiro[4.5]dec-3-yl)benzoic acid hydrochloride salt (20 mg, 0.064 mmol; Example 5-1, Step 4) and 4-chloro-3-ethylbenzaldehyde (11.86 mg, 0.070 mmol), following essentially the same procedure described in Example 7-1. The residue was purified by reverse phase (C-18) HPLC eluting with acetonitrile/water+0.1% NH3. The solvent was evaporated to provide the title compound as a white solid (12 mg).
