Compound 33 was prepared from 6-(6-bromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-carbazol-9-yl)-hexanoic acid ethyl ester (compound 32) using the procedure described above for compound 29 as a white solid (85%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD): δ 7.86 (d, 2H), 7.65 (m, 3H), 7.33 (s, 2H), 4.09 (t, 2H), 2.76 (m, 4H), 2.16 (s, 1H), 2.08 (t, 2H), 1.98 (m, 2H), 1.90 (m, 2H), 1.77 (m, 2H), 1.66 (m, 2H), 1.38 (m, 2H).
