Reaction Steps

The compound of example 223 (0.230 g, 0.00153 mol) was dissolved in 5 mL dichloromethane and to this reaction mixture, 4-fluorophenyl isocyanate (0.102 g, 0.000744 mol) was added and stirred at room temperature for 8-10 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by column chromatography (silicagel, 30-40% ethyl acetate in petroleum ether to obtain the title compound.
