The title compound was prepared from pyrimidin-4-yl-carbamic acid phenyl ester and 1-(3,4-dibromo-benzyl)-piperazine in analogy with Example 142. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 8.40 (s, 1H), 8.10-7.80 (m, 1H), 7.70-7.50 (m, 1H), 7.58-7.45 (m, 1H), 7.14-7.10 (m, 1H), 6.55-6.40 (m, 1H), 3.40 (s, 2H), 2.87 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 4H), 2.38 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 4H).
